Suzette has been trained by best selling author, art therapist Lucia Capacchione PhD, ATR, REAT to facilitate individuals and groups in her creative journal methods. The use of  non-dominant hand methods combining art and jounaling was pioneered by Capacchione. 

Suzette is a certified Instructor from Creative Journaling and Expressive Arts Institute TM  for groups or individuals through Project Insight TM.  The hands-on workshops are benificial in decreasing anxiety and stress. Participants report increased clarity of thought and grounding of sensory awareness.
